I primarily worked with substance use problems, anxiety, depression, women's issues, and teens. I am open to adolescents, young adults, adults, and older folks! I have some formal training in trauma informed ACT and CBT. I also am a level 1 therapist with training on the Gottman theory of relationships. My passion is working with people struggling with addiction, family of those struggling, domestic violence, and helping people through life transitions. If someone is suffering mentally, their issues should never be overlooked or minimized.
