About Alexis HumphryI have over over 25 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist in private practice and within the NHS working as a senior adult psychotherapist in a complex cases team. I was a supervisor working with individuals and groups. I have also been involved in teaching and training on psychotherapy courses.I first qualified as a psychodynamic counsellor at WPF therapy in 1996 and after further intensive training, qualified as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in 2002. I have undertaken various additional training courses subsequently including Mentalisation Based therapy. My approach and therapeutic values have been profoundly influenced by my trainings and a longstanding experience of working with individuals and colleagues from all walks of life and in a range of clinical settings. I am currently working in private practice from home. I am pleased to see individuals who would like to understand themselves.
