Dr Aleksandar Godic is a consultant dermatologist based in London, UK. He completed his medical degree from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in 1996 and finished his training in dermatovenereology in 2001. He earned his PhD from the University of Ljubljana in 2004 and spent a year of postdoctoral fellowship in dermatopathology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). He had additional training in dermatology at Yale University and holds the European Board Certificate in Dermatopathology.Dr Godic is a Board member of the World Council for Preventive, Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine (WOCPM) and an Editor of the Acta Dermatovenerologica Alpina, Panonica et Adriatica. He is also an Associate Editor of Clinical and Experimental Dermatology. Dr Godic has numerous publications in high-impact factor journals.His special interests include general dermatology, skin surgery, and all aspects of aesthetic dermatology. He is particularly passionate about stem cell treatment in aesthetic medicine, which is also his main research interest.
