Dr. Alan Valadie specializes in primary hip and knee replacement and adult hip and knee reconstruction using computer navigation, hip resurfacing and partial knee resurfacing techniques. Dr. Valadie performs complex revision of failed hip and knee replacements and reconstruction. Dr. Valadie also performs outpatient partial knee replacement and total hip replacement surgeries as well as performing minimally-invasive direct anterior hip replacement surgery. Dr. Valadie received his medical degree from the University of Florida. He then completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the Carolinas Medical Center Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, where he served as Chief Resident.
