Currently employed as a Principal BW Hana Consultant at Mindtree. 20 years+ BI implementation experience, recent BW4/HANA and BW on HANA full life cycle project implementation as Technical Lead / Solution Architect. I have worked as a Team Lead of both onshore and offshore teams and I am able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from executive level down to junior team members. I have developed my Architect and Configuration skills over the last 20 years by working at the very heart of many technically complex implementations. My experience encompasses all areas of the BW architecture from SAP and non-SAP extraction (including ABAP, AMDP), via SLT into BW. Within BW I have implemented many LSA++, LSA and non LSA projects with different front-end solutions including Fiori, PowerBI, Business Objects, Analysis for Office. I have recently started work on a SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) proof of concept. I have a wide range of experience across multiple business areas including retail, Health and Hygiene, Pharmacy, Brewing, Defence, Telecoms, Apparel and Footwear, Toys and Games, Food Manufacturing, Global Charity and Publishing. I have worked with most ERP modules including, Financial Accounting, Controlling and Profitability Analysis, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Real Estate, Investment Management. My leadership skills have been established by taking the Technical Lead role on multiple full life cycle Business Intelligence projects. I have been involved in taking projects from blueprint through implementation to end user support and handover to BAU teams. This includes all configuration steps, managing, developing and motivating Consultant and Customer teams to ensure all project objectives are complete within time and on budget. I have proven myself able to work as a Team Lead, part of a team, as well as on my own. My strongest asset is my ability to solve complex problems efficiently and to consume and understand new technologies quickly. In my current role, success or failure of a project stops with me and I enjoy the pressures and job satisfaction that this brings. I was previously a SAP BW Academy Trainer for SAP so I am comfortable training colleagues one to one or in a classroom environment.
