Mr Kosmin is a consultant ophthalmologist at Watford General Hospital and St Albans City Hospital where he leads the glaucoma service. He is a ophthalmologist with a sub-specialist interest in cataract, glaucoma and diseases affecting the front of the eye. He did his general ophthalmic training on the Oxford ophthalmology rotation and has undergone three years specialist training in cataract and glaucoma surgery, both at the Lion's Eye Institute in Perth, Australia and in the UK. He holds full fellowship of the British Royal College of Ophthalmologists as well as a doctorate in eye development from Liverpool University. He also holds a master's degree in neuroscience from London University. Mr Kosmin takes pride in being able to explain complicated eye conditions, from diagnosis to treatment, in a straightforward and approachable manner and is always happy to answer any questions patients may have about their eye condition.
