Hi. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Houston, Texas. I received my Masters of Human Relations (MHR) from the University of Oklahoma in 2007 and obtained by first license to practice as a Licensed Professional (LPC) in Oklahoma in 2010 and have been practicing since. In 2021. I became licensed to practice in Texas and had my first experience in online counseling. In 2023, I obtained Nevada LPC license. I strive to create a nonjudmental, and welcoming environment for young and older adults struggling with various life challenges which include depression, anxiety, PTSD and relationship issues, to explore the root causes of these challenges and work towards achieving a great mental-being. Therapy is the beginning of an individual's journey to living a full and meaningful life, after experiencing different challenges in life that got them stuck. Working with individuals on this journey is truly a privilege and one that I take with the greatest compassion and understanding of a client's courage in taking this first step.
