As the Practice Manager for both the Highland Park, IL and the Vernon Hills, IL locations of PediaTrust's Pediatric Partner locations I lead a team of 10 providers (7 doctors and 3 nurse practitioners), 10 nurses, and 7 patient reps. While each day is different, I focus on empowering my team to achieve my primary goals of focusing on perfecting customer service, proactively engaging patients, streamlining workflow efficiency, and fine-tuning operational processes. I lead my team towards PediaTrust's shared business goals with genuine passion and an intrinsic motivation to consistently make measurable improvements. I pride myself in creating a positive work environment and commit time and energy to teambuilding and professional development, recognizing an increase in performance as a result.
