I am hugely fortunate to be able to call Painswick, the “Queen of the Cotswolds” home. Therefore, I take great care and derive immense pleasure from ensuring that I provide the most effective and high quality pharmaceutical services and advice to the community. Whilst also ensuring my highly trained and dedicated team and I, are always exceeding expectations. When I sold my previous Pharmacy business in 2016 aged 31, I decided to take some time out and focus on my other interests: investing, property, finance and financial markets. I consequently completed a financial trading diploma program in London and was then invited to join the prestigious St. James’s Place Wealth Management. There I received industry leading training and diploma level financial advice education. Upon achieving the necessary qualifications and skills; I setup my own practice AK Wealth Management LLP, helping others to achieve financial success and security through holistic, face to face financial planning. Prior to AK Wealth Management LLP, I completed a Master of Pharmacy degree and pre-registration training, subsequently embarking upon a community focused pharmacy career. This allowed me to develop my clinical skills and knowledge, whilst exposing me to many management and business strategy styles. At the relatively young age of 26, I used these skills to purchase and transform an underperforming pharmacy business. The business was in administration at the time and this added extra layers of complexity. I was able to overcome these challenges and managed to transform the business into a very successful and highly profitable community pharmacy. With extremely high patient acquisition, retention and satisfaction rates. Outside work I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons, reading and tennis.
