I am an experienced community pharmacist and have worked for Boots for twelve years winning many customer service awards. I have experience of management in a health and beauty store acting as a deputy manager in the absence of the manager. I have worked in the retail industry and I am a committed individual with a genuine interest in customer service. I am a highly motivated individual who works extremely well within a diverse team. I have made valuable contributions to training and coaching of many pharmacy advisors, dispensers and preregistration students. I have improved patient care and service delivery during my career. Some of my key achievements are: • Awarded Area Pharmacist of the Year in 2017 and 2018, and nominated for Area Pharmacist in 2019. • Boots Willenhall awarded Store of the Year in 2017 for the Area, Region and Division. • Successfully completed the Boots Management course ‘Stepping stones’ in 2013 which has improved management skills in retail and pharmacy. • Introduced enhanced services relating to minor ailments, smoking cessation and emergency contraception to the store. • Successfully achieved influenza vaccination targets in all years the service has been offered in store. • Recognised for excellent customer service by head office on many occasions • Completed Boots training course to support and coach pre-registration. • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council and Royal Pharmaceutical Society • Regularly attend CPPE events to ensure knowledge and skills are up to date with latest regulations and guidance.
