About Yesenia DiazYesenia is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Her experience includes long term, in-patient, and urgent care. Her commitment to provide preventative care and health promotion led her to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University. Her expertise also includes working with diverse populations and patients of all age groups. Yesenia says the best part of her job is being able to include patients in their plan of care and advocating for patients. Her hobbies include being outdoors, traveling, and cooking.
