Putting your wellness first isn't easy, but you don't have to do it alone. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have been practicing to help patients achieve mental wellness through a patient centered approach that takes into consideration of my patient's wellness goals. I have experience working with patients to treat disorders including but not limited to Depression, ADHD, Anxiety, Mood disorders, and many others. I focus on the patients needs and invest in understanding what their concerning issues are. I then, work with the patients to find the best evidence- based solution to their issues. I make it our duty to ensure to choose a treatment plan that best fits the patients needs. I want all of our patients to feel confident at the end of the session particularly about the diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. So, during our first session is where we form a relationship with the goal of retrieving an in-depth picture of what is going on so we can work together to help you meet your goals.
