Qualified and practised as a registered Dietitian since 1986. I have worked overseas, in industry and in the NHS for 18 years. In 2011, I transferred my practice to working freelance and established my company, Access Nutrition Ltd. I am based in Chelmsford and practice at 3 private hospitals across Essex. Outside of work I enjoy canoeing, gardening and walking my dog and family life.

Functional bowel disorders (irritable bowel (FODMAP) trained at King's College, coeliac disease, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis etc.); Food intolerance general advice; Weight management advice; Bariatric surgery including gastric band, sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass) providing pre and post-operative dietary advice, management of micronutrient status following pre-and post surgery and guidance on mindful eating. Type II diabetes; Cholesterol and lipid lowering advice (ultimate cholesterol lowering diet); Nutrition for a poor appetite, weight loss,swallowing difficulties and tube feeding;

Outside of work I enjoy canoeing, gardening, family life and walking the dog.
