I have worked in Social Work for approx. 25 years, 19 as a qualified worker. Whilst I have worked in early years and mental health, I have specialised in fostering for the last 15 years. My experience ranges from assessment, support and training to service development/growth, service improvement, service management, and fostering panel advisor. I have latterly focused on Quality Assurance, writing and reviewing policy and procedure, creating quality assurance frameworks, panel development, inspection preparation and managing complaints / appeals. I am an experience fostering and adoption panel chair and have served as an agency decision maker.
