Hey! I am a trainee pharmacist with a passion for delivering high quality patient care and promoting community health. I graduated with a First-Class Master of Pharmacy degree from Liverpool John Moores University. My journey in healthcare spans across various roles with invaluable hands-on experience across different healthcare settings. At the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, I've honed my skills in medicines reconciliations and collaborating seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams. Rotating through different pharmacy specialties has enriched my clinical knowledge, enhancing my ability to contribute effectively. My time as a Covid-19 vaccinator and GP assistant at Brownlow Group Practice was a valuable experience. Conducting asthma reviews, administering vaccines and educating patients on immunisation benefits were central to my role. Ensuring compliance with safety standards while reconstituting vaccines was second nature, underscoring my commitment to patient well-being. As a dispensing technician at Orford Pharmacy and Cohens Chemist, I've cultivated strong communication skills and efficiency in medication dispensing. Opening and closing the pharmacy, offering counselling on medication usage, and providing guidance on over-the-counter remedies have been integral parts of my responsibilities. I finish my trainee pharmacist year in August and I am looking for a new challenge in pharmacy!
