I have vast experience across community, hospital and online health-tech pharmacies in operational roles and have the ability to adapt and understand the patient and business requirements to ensure a safe, quality and effective experience for all whilst delivering at pace. It’s important to fully understand what it takes to build a successful team, which in turn allows me to centre hiring requirements and training programmes to enable us to reach desired results. I am creative at heart and have experience working in NPD and R&D developing and sourcing materials for new packaging projects.
