Carrie grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and graduated from Grand Valley State University with a baccalaureate and master’s of science in nursing in 2000, and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She has over 20 years of experience in cosmetic and medical dermatology. She is a member of the Derm Nurse’s association and has lectured at Arizona State University’s undergraduate nursing program in 2003 and 2004. Carrie currently focuses on medical dermatology with expertise in early detection and treatment of skin cancer as well as treating acne, eczema and psoriasis.
