My first job was in 2008 as sales assistant in a network company, selling the products arranging installations and managing network contracts. In 2009 I started the University couse in Pedagogy Licenciature which I decided to decline because I discovered the Occupational Therapy. Between 2010 and 2014 I developed my Degree in Occupational Therapy while I was working as Junior OT in a care home with elderly and the Acute Psychiatric Area within a Burgos Hospital. After that, between May of 2014 and November of 2015 I had been working in different companies of retail until I found a job position as Occupational Therapist in a care home of elderly in my hometown, where I worked for 6 months until come to UK in May of 2016. As Occupational therapist I designed, developed and implemented individual interventions plans for all my patients attending their needs and preferences. I provided cognitive therapy in group sessions and physical therapy in individual sessions. I did the assessments and I present a reports of all of them once a month to check which goals of the plan we reach and which not in oder to re-assess the intervention plan for a better treatment. I advised about orthopaedic products and I adapted the daily objects in order to meet to the patients needs. After a tough path, I got my HCPC registration and I am actively seeking a opportunity to can start my professional progress within UK.
