I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP).I hold a postgraduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy and have solid experience working in clinical settings within NHS mental health services. I also have a background in arts and value creativity.I approach counselling with a holistic mindset and believe an accepting connection between body and mind is essential for our wellbeing.
