I love to work with people who are trying to find their way: especially in young adulthood, after a major life change, or looking both backwards and forwards in mid-life.I also believe therapy can be vital if you want to make an impact with your life, to understand yourself and the kind of contribution you have to give the world.I think we're all trying to move forward in life: sometimes to do that you've got to find out where you are right now. And sometimes you need someone to go along with you, holding out hope that you can do it.
