My name is Michelle and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I strive to destigmatize mental health and emphasize brain health. I provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost your confidence and offer support as you navigate your personal brain health and wellness challenges. I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results that allow them to push forward. I empower people struggling with life transitions, relationships, anxiety, focus, and organization. I treat each person as an individual and not a set of data or a diagnosis. I listen to your concerns. I work with you, and in return I expect you to work with me. We will go over your history, past medications, what worked, and most importantly what didn't work. I offer medication management as well as therapy for adolescents at 13 + to adults. Please be aware, patients seeking ADHD evaluations or medication management must be seen in person several times a year per renewed DEA guidelines. You can expect to leave the session understanding the treatment plan and what is expected from both of us as treatment is a partnership between the provider and the client. You should expect to be hopeful and know that your progress is my ultimate goal for you.show more
